1) We will do our best to make sure nothing happens to our client's pet(s), but if something should happen, we take no responsibility. In the unlikely event that your pet passes away during its stay with us, we will contact you immediately to discuss what you would like to happen next.

 

2) If a client's pet(s) falls ill whilst in our care we will contact you first, and take them to our local vet if this is what is agreed.  The client will be expected to pay the Vet fee upon departure.

 

3) If the client wishes to extend their pet(s) boarding time whilst they are in our care (subject to availability), they will be charged the normal daily rate of each subsequent day.

 

4) If the client wishes to shorten their pet(s) boarding time whilst they are in our care, they will be liable to pay the price of the remainder of their pet(s) stay with no refund available.

 

5) Payments will be expected on or before the day of arrival.

 

6) Should the client for any reason wish to cancel their booking, we will need 48 hours notice for a full refund.

 

7) The client needs to provide enough food (plus bedding for small animals) for the duration of their pet(s) stay.
